ESA Board of Directors Election

Dear ESA Members

I refer to the upcoming General Meeting on Thursday 15 June 2023 at 7pm, Auchendarroch House. Please read the information below carefully as it outlines instructions in relation to how to vote for the election of directors for the Equestrian SA Board.

• Ballot Paper for voting [click here]

Who can vote?

Equestrian SA Members are encouraged to vote, with these conditions:

• Must be age 18+
• Only one (1) vote per member. Note: Affiliated clubs must identify the delegate
• Proxy voting is not permitted.

You can vote by either:

• Emailing your completed ballot paper to [email protected] by 5pm Tuesday 13th June 2023; OR

• Attending the General Meeting on Thursday 15^th June at 7pm and voting in person (ballot papers will be handed out at the meeting).

Please follow the instructions on the ballot paper to ensure your vote is valid.
