ESA Competition Licenses 2015-16

We wish to remind ALL Equestrian SA members of the repercussions should your horse not hold current Registration and/or Competition License.

DISCIPLINARY BY-LAWS -STRICT LIABILITY OFFENCES AND PENALTIES

Section 19 (b)
Competing in an Official competition or event on a horse whose registration and/or performance card is not current

First offence: A fine of $100.00.
Second offence: A fine of $200.00.
Third and subsequent offences: To be dealt with by a Tribunal which may impose a fine of up to $500.00 and/or suspension of up to six (6) months

We are aware of Members that have competed without Competition Licenses, please be aware that this is not acceptable.
