Equestrian SA Welcomes New State Manager
Proactive sourcing of grant and sponsorship funding will be a key part of the new role.
The ESA Chair and Board welcomes Kirsty Dummin as the new State Manager of Equestrian SA.
Kirsty brings with her over a decade of experience in the corporate and not-for-profit health sector, with significant experience managing large scale, government funded projects.
Commencing on Monday 11 November 2019, Kirsty will be responsible for procuring funding, building ESA’s reputation with key stakeholders, members and partners, and providing strategy, leadership and development to the ESA staff.
“We are very excited to welcome Kirsty into the ESA fold. Not only will she bring a fresh perspective to our daily operations, she also brings years of experience in quality improvement and change culture, and will no doubt enhance our capacity through grants and sponsorship.” said Naomi Mashford, Chair of the ESA Board.
Starting her career in communications and marketing, Kirsty moved into project management and quickly secured a role as Senior Project Manager of a multi-million-dollar government contract. She has worked with a diverse range of stakeholders across Australia and has demonstrated success in delivering outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
