Public Apology to Julia Weir (ESA Member)

Equestrian SA Members,

It has been brought to our attention that there appears to be speculation amongst members that the current ESA board has initiated a disciplinary action against Mrs Weir. This is not the case. 

This  board has reviewed an action initiated against Mrs Weir by the previous board and have determined that there were no grounds for the action, have apologised to her and reimbursed her for agreed legal costs.

The board apologies to Mrs Weir for any further angst caused by this matter.

The Board is keen to be transparent and open with members by providing the actual board minutes but we accept we need to improve the review process.
