Lindy Wright Memorial Award

This award is made by the Committee of the LINDY WRIGHT MEMORIAL FOUNDATION to a person who is a “Quiet Achiever, striving for excellence in Dressage in South Australia”.

Lindy was a wonderful rider and horsewoman, winning many South Australian and National Dressage Championships. She represented South Australia on many occasions and always shone. Lindy was genuine, talented and focused. She gave so many riders something to aspire to and always gave it her best. Lindy sadly lost her battle with leukaemia on Friday, October 16th 2009.

The Award has been made each year since 2010 and is presented at the Adelaide Hills Dressage Club Spring Festival in October.
