From the Board - ESA AGM 2024 UPDATE

Dear Members,

Following the initial save the date email the Board discovered that it was not permitted by the ESA Constitution to hold the meeting as a Telecommunication (online) only meeting.  The ESA Office does not have suitable equipment to facilitate this meeting enabling all members to hear and be heard, therefore an external venue has now been sourced to allow members who wish to attend in person to do so.

Place:      Wulanda Recreation and Convention Centre, 7 Margaret Street, Mount Gambier, SA 5290 & Telecommunications (Online) Meeting

Details on how to register for the AGM either in-person or online will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be sent on Wednesday 30 October 2024 (being 21 days prior).

Attached is also a letter and form regarding details for members that may wish to bring a motion before the AGM. All forms must be received by ESA no later than 5pm (ACDT) on Thursday, 17 October 2024.
